THE AEGIS HANDBOOK

A little guidance.

Everything you need to find your way, from your first wallet connection to your next token launch.

01 / YOUR WALLET

Bring your own wallet.

AEGIS discovers compatible browser wallets, including MetaMask and Rabby. Select a wallet, approve the connection in its own window, and your address, network and native balance appear in AEGIS.

Connection requests account access only. It does not request a signature, approval or transfer. On mobile, open AEGIS in your wallet’s built-in browser. If this browser has no wallet extension, open the site in a browser with one installed.

02 / THE CREATOR STUDIO

A home for your idea.

Choose a token name and ticker, upload an image and write its description. Add a supply, an optional dev-buy amount and your project’s website and social links. The final step brings all parameters together for review.

Save your configuration as a draft, or export the artwork and token details as a metadata file.

03 / MAKE IT RECOGNISABLE

Small picture. Big personality.

Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MB. A square image is ideal. You can drag a file onto the upload area or choose one from your device. Images are resized in your browser, and you can replace or remove them before saving.

Your image is stored locally with your draft. It is not uploaded to IPFS or a server. Exported metadata contains the image and the details you entered.

04 / YOUR WORK, SAVED

Pick up where you left off.

Drafts and favourites live in this browser. They persist after a reload but do not sync between devices. Clearing browser data removes them. Download a metadata backup from the review step to keep a separate copy.
